Refund policy

The free studio is free: no watermark, no card required, no trial that turns into a charge. No payment is processed for it, so there is nothing to refund.

If you ever see a charge claiming to be from OneDrop, it is not ours, check your statement and contact your bank, then let us know at s.owaisaliavengers@gmail.com.

Paid plans (Starter, Pro, Studio) are billed monthly and renew automatically until cancelled, you can cancel anytime from your Lemon Squeezy receipt link, and cancelling stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the paid period. The refund terms for a monthly payment are:

• Unused minutes: a full refund if you request it within 7 days of the payment and none of that billing cycle's minutes have been spent. You do not need to give a reason.
• Partly used: after minutes from the payment have been spent, refunds are handled case by case, email us and we will look at what is left of the billing cycle.
• Renewals: if you cancel before a renewal, you are not charged again. A renewal that has already been paid can be refunded under the same unused-minutes rule above.
• Effect on your plan: when a payment is refunded, any minutes credited by it are removed (down to zero, never negative) and the features the plan unlocked are removed if no other paid plan remains.

The checkout page will always show the refund terms that apply to your specific purchase, if those terms ever differ from this page, the checkout terms govern that purchase.

Email s.owaisaliavengers@gmail.com from the email address on your account, with the subject line "Refund request" and the date of the payment. We will confirm by reply and process the refund, no forms, no chatbot, no dark patterns.

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method used for the purchase. Once a refund is issued on our side, the time it takes to appear on your statement depends on your bank or payment provider.

These refund terms may be adjusted over time. If they change after you have paid, the terms shown at your checkout continue to govern your purchase, a change never applies retroactively to a payment you already made.
